Thumoslang speakers divide their belt colors into three groups: novice, intermediate, and advanced belts. Novice belts are white, yellow, and orange. Intermediate belts are green, blue, and purple. Advanced belts are red, brown, and black.

Gate Belt Meaning
1-9 None Acquiring enough knowledge to interact with others using Thumoslang.
10 White Enough knowledge to interact with others using limited Thumoslang.
20 Yellow Enough knowledge to develop your ideal self using Thumoslang.
30 Orange Enough knowledge to heal and strengthen relationships systematically.
40 Green Enough wisdom to join a deliberate family or start a new one.
50 Blue Enough wisdom to join a deliberate village or start a new one.
60 Purple Enough wisdom to do a deliberate-family business.
70 Red Not ashamed to die as you have already won some victory for humanity.
80 Brown Elected by Thumoslang speakers as their leader.
90 Black Recognized by the public as a Thumoslang leader.
