No, the title of the book is not “Why and How to Become a Leader before High School”. That is only its subtitle. The book’s main title is “Norman D. Baker – Birth of a Leader”. However, this book is about neither the man nor his leadership.
This book is not about the life of a man. Many books have already been written about the life of a man. This book must do better as most of those books failed to show how middle-school students should carry out their own life.

A key difference between this book and others is that a video proof is provided against every important statement made in this book. Using video proof, you can decide whether a statement herein is true or false, before you actually internalize it as part of your new knowledge.
The inciting incident is an event that hooks the reader into the story. The inciting event that hooks me into the writing of this book is the video Homework with Norman, which is Episode 25 in Season 15 of the YouTube series NDBaker93. Longer than an hour, the video captures the act of leadership as carried out by Norman. When the filming of the video began, he was not yet a leader. At least, until then, there was never a video proof that he was a leader. When the filming of the video ended, he was, in every sense of the word, a leader.
The video does not tell you what leadership is. Nor does it tell you how to become a leader. All it does is to catch an act of leadership. Norman did not stand up in order to lead. He did not run around in order to lead. He did not talk to others in order to lead. Standing, running, and talking day in and day out will not make you a leader. What makes this video incredible is the fact that it shows you precisely what action you must take in order to become a leader.
The act of leadership is something that you do in a few hours, not in days or weeks. This book shows you how you can, in a few hours, become a leader. The purpose of this book, Norman D. Baker – Birth of a Leader, is to show you how Norman became a leader in a few hours. You can, too, become a leader in a few hours.
